A Message from the Headteacher

Welcome to the London Meed School website. I hope you will find it to be a useful source of information about the work we do at the school.

We are a two-form entry primary school with currently 420 pupils on roll in the pleasant town of Burgess Hill in rural West Sussex. We are very proud of our children’s excellent academic standards and also their achievements in a wide range of cultural and sporting activities.

We place great emphasis on high standards of behaviour and many visitors comment on how courteous and helpful our children are. We aim to develop not only good learning skills, but also personal and social skills based upon our core values.

We want our children to be confident, independent learners who are happy and successful and able to play a full part in the community in which they live.
